Start with Hotfix and then at the end of installation it will ask for Base

Use license file for previous releases, it should work fine with it

thank you so much for the reply.

I tried on rhel 4 and rhel5.7 both are giving same screen. i tried root as well as local user.

./SETUP.SH
it asks for path to install, i put:
/home/user/cadence/installs/MMSIM121
it asks for iscape, i installed it:
/home/user/iscape

it launches IScape,....

i go to 'Local directory/ media install', it asks for path:
/home/user/files/mmsim12/MMSIM12.10.317_lnx86.Hotfix/CDROM1

i click 'continue'

it shows MMSIM Hotfix, i select and click 'next'

it says: 'check the products that you want to install'
and i click 'Start'.

it shows license agreement, i click 'Accept'.

Immediately after start, it gives this error:
