Job Responsibility
 Enforce the QA process during the whole product lifecycle.
 Define metrics to evaluate both developing and testing quality. Status accounting for the development progress.
 Coordinate with development teams to define testing scope and execute release plan.
 Build up testing team by escalating expertise, supervise the testing effort and apply best practices
 Improve testing efficiency and drive the developing productivity by designing testing automation framework

Job Requirement
 Master the software engineering methodologies. Proven record of leading large scale software products testing.
 Successful managerial experience.
 Familiar with script languages, testing tools and advanced testing methodology.
 Familiar with embedded software is a plus.
 Knowledge in Digital TV or Multimedia applications is a plus.
