Job Title:    Lead PV Engineer

Position Description:      

This job is an importantaddition to our R&D team to develop Cadence Encounter DigitalImplementation System (EDI)

Responsible for developing,applying, and improving quality standard for Cadence EDI products

Required to acquire expertiseand ownership over existing product components as well as develop brand newproduct features.

Help identifying newtechnology challenges in advanced process nodes and proactively provide theproduct improvement suggestion to R&D

Build up EDI expertise anddeliver support to field team and customers whenever needed

PositionRequirements:  

CS/EE BS degree with 5+ yearsor MS degree with 3+ years of EDA or IC design related experience.

Good experience with Placeand Route design flow using EDA tools. Good knowledge of LEF/DEF.

Be familiar with IC back-enddesign flow, from netlist to gdsout.

Strong analysis/bedbugcapability for technical issues, be detailed oriented with a focus on quality.

Good team player with strongwritten and verbal communication skills.

Be able to work underpressure, be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Good English read, write andcommunication Skill.

Job Title:    Lead PV Engineer-SoftwareSystem

Position Description:      

Cadence ICDProduct Validation Regression system is the core system infrastructure of thewhole Product Validation organization, which can greatly improve the wholeorganization's efficiency and boost the team productivity.

Thisposition is responsible for the regression system and application developmentand maintanance.

Thecandidate need use all kinds of knowledge and skills to design and improve thesystem based on the business requirement for the organization operation and theexisting system and related software/hardware environment.

Detailed Responsibility:

1. AnalyzeSystem and Business requirement, based on which design the system flow chart

2. Do theneedful system/scripts maintenance/improvement

3.Communicate with related IT and PV team and drive to improve organizationoperation efficiency

4. Innovateon the next generation system to boost organization's efficiency

Position Requirements:   

Bachelorwith 4 years related experience or Master with 2 years related experience

1. Resultdriven and details focused working attitude

2. Excellentanalytical skills and complex system problem solving skills

3. Strongtechnical experience in Unix/Linux usage

4. StrongPerl/Tcl/Cshell scripting

5. Goodknowledge and experience in CGI programming

6. Goodknowledge in SQL database

7. Knowledgein Web programing (javascript, php, Python, XML) is a strong plus

8. Knowledgein NFS/Distributed Processing/Server Farm/Network is a strong plus

9. Goodwritten English and oral English is a strong plus

Job Title:
Lead PV DesignEngineer

Position Description:      

1.Work through synthesis flow and APR flow by solvingdifferent kind of issues and bottleneck, througn many designs.

2.Identify any timing/power/area issues within SYN/APR flow,and among flow interfaces.

Develop system for automation.

Position Requirements:   

1.MS with 3 years work experience in design house or EDAcompany.

2.Good at STA, good at APR flow, including place, route, cts,optimization, and SI analysis

Know about RTL synthesis.

3.Good at unix scripts, cshell. Perl is a plus.

4.Strong ability in analysis and solving issues,  strong ability in facing difficulty andchallenges.  Proactive in work.

5.Good English skill, communication skill and good team work.
