Job Purpose
Utilizing Account Plans and sales strategies, work with Sales Manager to create new customers and additional customer demand while supporting assigned/base customer requests with available solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Role
· Prospect for and develop business mainly within Huawei and new applications within existing accounts.
· Provide exceptional service and develop strong relationships within assigned sales accounts.
· Consolidate customers' requirements to assist new product definition. To advocate customer's voice in company, to ensure customers' viewpoints are reflected in key company's business decisions.
· Maintain balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed preset sales targets and increase market share.
· Accurately and effectively represent ####’s new business development status and messaging to customers, detailing those developments.
· Represent company and work with HQ to negotiate agreement with customer, across procurement/business unit and executive.
Participation
· Take part in periodic price negotiation and contract renewal with customers.
· Participate in annual account planning and periodic updates.
· Contribute to development and updating of Strategic Business Plans for all target accounts.
· Provide input and maintain opportunities in CRM.
Monitor
· The market and industry to identify new applications (design in) in order to initiate new business opportunities in key segments or customer base.
· Update and maintain all account information and activity in CRM.
· Direct distribution activity at assigned accounts, including design effort, pricing and delivery.
Work with
· Sales teams by recommending products that meet the requirements of the customer.
· FAE, Quality & Reliability and sales management teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints.
· Other functions within #### to ensure product delivery dates align with expectations of the customer.
· FAE, marketing teams and product lines to provide accurate, effective and timely acquisition of customers’ technical information.
· Finance for receipt of timely payment from customers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
· 8+ years working experience. 3 + years of solid experience with telecom power (DC/DC, AC/DC) and Smartphone design or field support
· Knowledge with analog semiconductor (USB, PMIC, Audio, MEMS ) preferred
· Good command of local language and confident in English writing, presentation and communication skills.
· Capable of gaining respect and trust of customers with proven influencing skills.
· Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.
· Able to confidently interface with appropriate personnel for meeting project goals and with all levels of management.
