岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1, Perform FA analysis upon failure phenomena using analytical tools (Decap, Curve tracer, X-Ray, CSAM, SEM/EDS, Laser decap, liquid crystal, OMA and light Microscope, etc)
2, Develop FA plan and identify the root cause of failure
3, Prepare technical reports for internal/ external customer
4, Setup the database of failure mode and mechanism
5, support NPI or new program to perform new process, product, material validation or qualification
6, Assist the development of new failure analysis method for continuous improvement
7, training technicians and standardize all FA method
8, Cooperate with process& Quality engineer to perform failure analysis on any hard cases from production line or complain
任职资格的具体描述：
Key points:
· have strong management and technical skills
· can search globally in FA lab in semiconductors field, but need speak both English and Chinese
· About the competencies, need strong team work, initiative, independent, good logically and analysis ability, good communication skills.
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in Semiconductor, Electrical or Material Science Engineering
2, Experienced in analytical instrument (SEM/EDS, FT-IR, Curve tracer, X-Ray, CSAM, Cross section, Liquid crystal, 3D scanner profile, etc)
3, At least five years working in related industry
4, Good trouble-shooting and analytical skills
5, Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
6, Good technical writing skills |
