模拟IC设计总监
Job Responsibilities:

· Direct RD team to finish the whole process from analog IC design, verification to mass production

· Direct RD team to stipulate SOP on IC design rule & SOP

· Assign design jobs and strengthen teamwork between the different functions in RD team

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor of Micro-electronics is required, Masters or PhD is preferred;

· At least 8 years design experience in analog circuit field and over 3 years department management experience.

· Familiar with analog circuit design procedure

· Active and Innovative attitude, Team Work Skill, and Good communication skill.
