直流参数采用普通的探针台就可以，小信号交流参数也可采用探针台，但续高频链接，校准。功率测试只能划片后bonding到测试板上才能进行

　　你可以先将测试要求写出来：　如测试条件、测试合格要求一项一项列出来，压焊图，
　然后联系一家中测公司，将要求发给他们。
　如果他们能做，就就开始做探卡，当然他们联系，由你确认。
　后面就是测试程序编写，当然是他们工程师完成，需要你的配合
