国内一家中科院控股的微电子公司 主要做power方向的anolog IC design 研发实力雄厚 目前招CAD engineer 具体职责与内容如下：

Description:

As CAD Engineer you will provide application support for our Analog and PowerManagement IC Design simulation and verification flow.

General Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with     design teams to define simulation and verification strategies for Analog     and Power Management IC design projects.

• 2.Create methods     deemed to close verification gaps.
• 3.Explain/define     design flow requirements to internal developers and/or external EDA     vendors.
• 4.Write scripts to     customize/automate design flows with Perl, Cadence SKILL, Tcl, Shell and     “Make”.
• 5.Create means deemed     to speed up the Analog and Mixed Signal simulation effort.
• 6.Create web based     documentation and FAQs.
• 7.Debug tool/flow     issues and prepare test cases within a Configuration Managed (CM) IC     Design environment.

More Details:

1.Gather     and consolidate Tool/Designkit/Environment needs for design groups.

• 2.Strive     to overcome EDA problems.
• 3.Drive     for results to get requirements implemented.
• 4.Implement     incoming/outgoing compliance checks.
• 5.Update     projects to use the newest Designkit version.
• 6.Document     requirements and Lessons Learned.
• 7.Organize     training and EDA vendor presentations.

Qualification

• 1.Degree     in electrical engineering or similar.

  5+ years relevant working experiencewith Bachelor Degree;

     3+years relevant working experience with Master Degree;
• 2.Professional     experience in tool specific languages (Cadence     SKILL, TCL)
• 3.Ability     to effectively multi-task and manage time across multiple simultaneous     assignments.
• 4.Candidate     must demonstrate a detailed understanding of     analog circuit simulation, mixed-signal and fast-spice simulation.
• 5.Experience     with the Cadence software suite and DesignSync would be very useful.
• 6.Strong     communication skills.

唉 其实中科院控股只是想说明这虽然是个小公司 但资金还是比较雄厚 有保障的 拿到的项目也是比较好的 真正做事的人都是从知名的外资公司过去的 跟中科院没啥关系呀……

其实做cad的很少的，特别是做analog/rf相关的cad，做的深点的就更少了，因为一个大的ic设计公司里面也就为数不多一些人，我知道这些，因为我就是干这个的，帮你顶下。
