We are seeking  an Audio ComponentDevelopment Manager in Mobile Phones FPD Beijing.

You will be responsible for mobilephone audio development and integration in relation to our S40 Products.

You will work with some of the hottestmobile technologies on the market and join a highly motivated team to developmobile phone products.

Your key tasks and responsibilities willcomprise:

    - Accountability for the development of a newacoustic component, e.g. making development plans, arranging technical reviewmeetings with stakeholders and ensuring progress

    -Cooperation with the supplier, e.g. reviewing supplier development plans andensuring that the product can meet the program schedule and qualityrequirements

    -Reviewing and approving technical specifications and related documents

    -Guiding engineers on error settling

    -Supporting programs with component selection and correct usage

- Ensuring competitiveness of our productsthrough consideration and implementation of new ideas and innovations

ExternalQualifications:

The ideal candidate has a degree in arelevant a field. We expect a recognized professional with the followingattributes:

    - 5+ years experience in mobile device audioarea

    -Good knowledge about acoustic component technology

    -Ability to work independently and be proactive

    -Ability to make accurate decisions under pressure

    -Team spirit

    -Good communication skills

    -Fluency in both written and spoken English

EducationLevel:

Bachelor's Degree (±16 years)
