DSP Physical Design Lead

Main Responsibilities：
        Responsible for the low power physical design of DSP cores, including synthesize, DFT, place & route, timing closure, power closure and physical verification;
        Responsible for PPA evaluation of DSP cores;
        Responsible for building and optimize backend flow for high speed, low power DSP cores physical design;

Desired Skills & Experience：
        MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering;
        Successful track record (10+ years) in physical design of DSP or microprocessor;
        Familiar with large memory selection and combination, power domain partition and power calculation;
        Hands-on knowledge of 40nm/28nm advanced low power design (including power-gating, DVFS) and power analysis and IR/EM sign-off;        
        Prefer to have experience on full custom register file or high speed arithmetic unit;  
        Willing to work closely with international teams with excellent communication skill, in both Chinese and English
