1． SAP Application Engineer
Responsibility:
1) Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. Analyzes associated business function in order to work with corporate IT team to develop new or modified SAP information processing systems.
2) Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
3) Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program. Trains end users or technical support staff to use programs.
4) Utilize ABAP/4 to interface to existing systems and satisfy user-reporting requirements.
5) Utilize Microsoft Development tools (i.e. Visual Basic, Access, MSOffice) to satisfy system requirements.
6) Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify SAP.
7. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests.
8) To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department.
9) Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.
Requirement:
1)   Bachelor or above or experience equivalent to that –major in Computer science or related.
2)   2 years above experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or High Tech. environment; focusing on MM/PP modules
3)   English, fluent in listening / speaking / reading / writing.
4)   Good teamwork spirit.

2.Cu Wire Bond Process Engineer

Job Description:
1) Edit process control specification, control plan, FMEA, machine work instruction.
2) Identifies root cause, formulate effective corrective actions and resolves problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.
3) Utilizes SPC tool to analyses, control and improve production quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and equipment performance.
4) Insures calibrations are performed and documented according to the calibration schedule.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor Degree – Engineering related majors
2) About 5 years working experience, Strong hands on & engineering management for Assembly process.
3) Has Cu wire experience is highly preferred.
4) English, fluent in reading and writing and speaking
