岗位职责:
1、针对VIP用户制定完整的用户管理工作规划及结果反馈报告;
2、规划并搭建针对VIP用户专属推广平台及阶段性营销推广计划;
3、定期调研VIP用户心态、需求并调整工作计划;
4、制定针对VIP用户的独特营销、回馈、补偿等市场行为或措施;
5、对用户管理组成员进行日常工作指导及培训。
任职要求:
1、大学本科学历或以上,五年以上互联网企业用户管理或市场营销工作经验;
2、具备三年以上独立项目规划、执行及管理经验,并有案例支持;
3、具有电子商务行业或游戏行业市场营销经验者优先;
4、具备良好的市场洞察力、项目推进能力及团队管理能力;
5、表达能力强,善于沟通,气质形象佳。
