you should try remeshing your model using the "ansoft clasic" mesh option instead of the default mesh option. That should fix your problem.
If it does would you share the crack for HFSS 14 because I don't have credits to download it from eetop.

thank you asiaiswallow for your generosity but no need. I wander if you have fixes for HFSS 14.01 or Maxwell 15.01. The main versions (14.0 and 15.0) have too many bugs.
