Responsibilities:
1. Start up and Maintain the FA lab in RFMD CHN for routine operation, and continuous improvement,
2. Physical / Electrical Failure analysis on Assy package level and GaAs / Silicon level using curve tracer, microscope, decap and so on to assist production, engineering and RFA on Assy package level failure and feedback to GSO about wafer level failure and some application problems,
3. Equipment maintenance in FA lab,
4. Equipment calibration in FA lab,
5. Document owner in FA lab,
6. Direct contact window to GSO of FA issue, and Assy qualification requirement.
7. Accept factory’s job requirement from direct manager and GM.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in E E or experience equivalent to that
2.2-3 years in mix of FA / Reliability experience in Semiconductor Assy / Wafer fab site / lab, or master above on semiconductor MTL and microelectronics.
3.in depth of Assy packaging and GaAs product / process knowledge and FA practice experience and semiconductor Assy qualification requirement,
4.Good command of speaking and written English, good communication skills
