Responsibilities:
- Highly technical, engineering based, sales role.
- Sell the company's current products while developing opportunities for customer’s specific developments.
• Identifies current and future technology requirements by establishing personal rapport with customers; have the ability to expand contacts within customer locations.
• Provides product, technical information by answering questions and requests; coordinating technical visits by marketing.
- Ability to identify and sell to executives and/or decision makers within the customer’s organization.
• Identifies short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implements directives.
- Understands and effectively manages a complex sales cycle from new opportunity identification through design implementation.
• Ability to coordinate activities within a matrixed customer design scenario.
• Ability to communicate with internationally diverse peer group.
• Works on complex and diverse sales planning and execution activities for targeted accounts. Identifies quarterly design wins.
Requirements:
- BSEE with 3 years technical background.
- Experience with Consumer, Industrial and Energy technologies a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years related and progressive experience.
