Development of a competitive (performance, costs, quality) component verification team of 15-20 people
Technical leadership of team:
? Co-ordination inside the team.
? Coaching of new employees
? Technical interface to internal development groups and project management
? Technical interface to external development partners
Overall technical responsibility.

Productivity of the development process in the Business Unit.

Keeping the budget of his department.
Requirements:
Ph.D/Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
7+ years experience in the semiconductor industry in relevant R&D departments.
Extensive people and project management experience
Main internal interfaces: R&D departments within the Business Unit, project management, design, production engineering, quality.
Knowledge of own function's contributions to achieving business objectives.
Main external interfaces: Co-operation partners, if applicable, subcontractors, test equipment suppliers
Full professional management of experienced engineers in a single R&D area locally (e.g. test engineering) including planning, performance management, salary review and team development
Good English, Excellent communication skill and team spirit oriented
