When I was working in Bay-area, I know one Iran guy working as a principal
analog design engineer (15 years experience in analog design). He told me
that he and Razavi were classmates in shariff university, he ranked no.1 in
his class, razavi ranked no.3.... Any way, he never thought razavi was a 大
牛 in analog design.

When I worked with him, he taught me a lot in analog design. He told me many
times that: the best way and fastest way to improve your analog deisgn
skill is to do every exercise in each chapter of Paul grey's book, compare
your solution with the solution manual, find why you're wrong or correct.
This way will improve your design skill, instinction to different circuits &
its function/spec ...
