how do you install with the update?

It is not working .I tried in 2 computers .And i have a flexlm problem with the license .
i did this
1) I installed Aldelc HDL 9.1
2) I installed the upgrade 2
3) copy the files to BIN directory
4) copy the license to DAT directory

I rebooted the computer
The same problem i have a message : FLEXLM problem with license

現在最近版已經出到activehdl update 4了喔!
