Hello everyone,
I encounter some boring warnings and errors listed as follows during PSS simulation in Cadence SpectreRF.
Warning from spectre at time = 475.28 fs during periodic steady state analysis `sweeppss-014_pss', during Sweep analysis `sweeppss'.
M0: Vgd has exceeded the oxide breakdown voltage of `vbox' = 4.08 V.
M1: Vgd has exceeded the oxide breakdown voltage of `vbox' = 6.8 V.
Warning from spectre at time = 41.6667e-24 s during periodic steady state analysis `sweeppss-013_pss', during Sweep analysis `sweeppss'.
Sweep iteration for `pin' = 2.5 terminated prematurely because of following error(s):
Error found by spectre at time = 41.6667e-24 s during periodic steady state analysis `sweeppss-013_pss', during Sweep analysis `sweeppss'.
No convergence with minimum time step. Last acceptable solution computed at 0 s.
Does anyone have any idea about the solutions to eliminate these warnings and errors.
