ocean与skill的关系？

最近看了好多关于ocean 脚本的帖子，请问高手能讲讲ocean脚本是用skill语言编的吗？ocean与skill之间是什么关系？

skill 支持整个cadence设计环境以及与其他软件入calibre的交互调用。
ocean 只是支持spectre之类的仿真器吧

SKILL (a graphics-based program language with thousands of commands based on Lisp.) is used as the fundamental program language of DFII and the Virtuoso Analog Design Environment.
The OCEAN (Acronym for Open Command Environment for ANalysis; Text-based command language for running simulations.) Command Language is based on SKILL and many SKILL and OCEAN commands are similar and interchangeable.

SKILL和ocean是两个独立的对象，skill是个独立的编程语言，ocean支持skill语言。

skill可以代替ocean，但是ocean更容易学
