Titlehysical Design Automation

Description:

•
Developing physical implementation sub-flow for automation.

•
Rolling out and actively supporting that methodologies and flow to the respective R&D departments

•
Enhancing and adopting available EDA tools.

•
Act as technically expert for the respective area.

•
Taking R&D tasks for our SOC products, especially those related to new concepts and methodologies, in order to gain project experience and to enhance methodology quality

Qualifications:

•
System view of RTL2GDS flow.

•
Good working experience in the area of Physical implementation
(> 5 years)

•
Working experience in adjacent areas like Logic Synthesis, Timing Analysis, and power analysis are required.

•
Tool skills:


Synopsys ICC experience preferred.


Synopsys Design Compiler, Primetime, Primerail, MVRC.


Layout verification tools.


Knowledge of VHDL or Verilog is a plus.


PERL, TCL languages

•
Good English, Excellent communication skill.

•
A structured working style

•
High motivation and acting on one’s own initiative is a must.

•
The ability to motivate others and to act as technical expert in a cross cultural
team of experts are expected.

•
Willingness to take overseas business trip.
