Electric - A free IC design Package, Able to perform circuit and layout design, with LVS and DRC. File format can also be converted into other formats for other packages such as Cadence IC.

For your reference, www.staticfreesoft.com/jmanual/ (Web manual of Electric VLSI design system).

The devices have also been included in Electric Package. By technology files, included in my uploaded files (Inside a folder called "Electric_CMOSedu", named as "abc.jelib"), the circuit can be simulated and designed in specific processes. The pdf manual of Electric Package is also included in my uploaded files.

For installing Elctric, pls install th Java Version 6 Update 29 before starting Electric. After installing Java, just directly starting Electric and enjoy it.
