由于我的spectre版本太低，导致spectre rf仿真出现license问题：

是不是需要安装mmsim61？各位有什么好的建议吗？我的系统是redhat AS4，需要卸载以前的低版本吗？

是的。
安装IC5141和MMSIM61，然后在环境变量里面把MMSIM写在前面。
不需要卸载。网上教程大把，搜索下吧。

对,search path里写在前面就先用。不确定的话 可以 which spectre查看。
