关于LDO中的反馈电阻

[b]采用MOS 管作电阻，主要是可以减小芯片面积，根据需求来确定是用MOS管还是采用普通电阻，谢谢楼上各位给的意见和建议了，我觉得主要还是看芯片的需要，呵呵

普通电阻一般面积大，但匹配度好。MOS管做电阻可以面积小，匹配度不高。

MOS resistors can achieve relatively large resistance values with relatively small die area, this is important in reducing the standby power dissipation of your LDO; on the other side, MOS resistors are usually supply-depend therefore may need additional regulating circuit to minimize supply sensitivity, even for matched MOS resistors.

同意前面楼主的观点，MOS做反馈，相对于电阻反馈，可以节省芯片面积，耗电也可以做得比较低，但准确度差一些，受PVT(工艺参数、电压、温度)影响较大。
