Hspice 安装出现的问题，求助，就差最后一步了！！！！

上的方法在ubuntu下装的hspice 2009.09
到最后一部运行licence manager时出现一下错误，哪位大神看看怎么回事啊，不胜感激！！！

太谢谢了，上面的错误没了，可是安装又停止在了这里：

但是我运行hspice进行一次仿真，可以出结果了。似乎安装完毕了。可是为什么还出现以上错误，并且停止不前了呢，奇怪。
再帮帮我！！谢谢！！

哦，补充一下，
我生成的license如下，并且也复制到了synopsys.dat中。

真不知道是什么问题，我有从新安装了一边，还是一样，“invalid fingerprint”。

恩，果然'lnvalid fingerprint' 没了
现在teminal 里就停在这了，光标在闪，这样算结束安装了吗？
