招聘职位：

RF Engineer---（硬件）

   工作职责：

      1、参与项目，负责完成RF部分原理图，并负责调试，测试。

       2、技术支持，负责解决客户的RF 问题；解答RF方面的问题。

   职位要求：

      1、本科及以上微波、无线电或通信专业，2年以上相关工作经验

      2、掌握RF基础知识，并掌握通信原理；熟悉RF基本单元电路；掌握RF 基本调试及测试技能；3、熟练使用cadance 或PADS工具；熟练使用仪表；熟悉

      GSM, CDMA，WCDMA三种通信系统，至少熟悉其中的一种；有电磁场调试经验者更佳。

      4、积极向上，认真仔细，耐心善于沟通，能够出差。

      5、熟练的英文读写能力。

Senior Multimedia Engineer （软件）

    【Responsibilities】：

1, Work on video algorithm design;

2, Implemention, optimization and integration of video codec based on arm/dsp platform;

3. Write C-Model for video hardware accelerator;

4, Work on video hardware accelerator verification;

5, Prepare the design document.

【Requirements】：

1, MS in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major is required.

2, Good understanding of one of multimedia standards, such as Mpeg4, H.263, H.264, Real Video, VC-1, FLV, AVS;

3, Rich experiences of software implementation/optimization/integration on ARM/DSP or other embedded platform;

4, Familiar with RTOS and embedded software design;

5, Experience in asic/FPGA design is preferred;

6, Good English communication skills;

Image Signal Processing Engineer（CMOS数据处理、偏硬件、图形算法工程师）（软件）

【Responsibilities】：

1.Research, simulation, implementation and validation of image signal processing algorithms;

2.Work with other team on ISP Soc design/verification;

3.Documentation of work progress and results;

【Requirements】：

1.MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major is required.

2.3 or more years experience in related area;

3.Strong background in image signal processing;

4.Familiar with image processing of digital camera is preferred;

5.Strong experience in hardware design;

6.Good communication skills in both spoken and written English。

Multimedia Engineer (Streaming, File Parser/Muxer)（软件）

【Responsibilities】：

1, Multimedia framework development based on RTOS;

2. Streaming media playback development;

3. File Parser/Muxer development for different multimedia format, such as MP4/AVI.

4, Development and optimization of multimedia playback based on embedded platform;

5, Prepare the design document.

【Requirements】：

1, BSEE required (MSEE is preferred)，in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major.

2, 2 or more years experience in related area;

3, Good understanding of multimedia file format and Streaming protocol, such as MP4/AVI/RM/MKV/FLV and RTP/RTSP/RTCP;

4, Rich experiences of software implementation/optimization on embedded platform;

5, Familiar with RTOS and embedded software design;

6, Experience in audio/video area is preferred, such as codec design, pre and post-processing;

7, Good English communication skills;

Audio Engineer （软件）

【Responsibilities】：

1. Audio codec development/Optimization on DSP platform;

2. Fix audio related bugs;

3. Create design document.

【Requirements】：

1. MSEE required，in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major

2. Good understanding of one of audio codec, such as MP3, AAC, WMA, AC-3, Real audio or other codec.

3. Experience of code optimization on DSP platform is required.

4. Good understanding of one of vocoder standard is perferred, such as FR, EFR, EVRC, EVRC-B, AMR, AMR-WB or other vocoder;

5. Good English communication skills, team working.

射频测试工程师 （硬件）

【Responsibilities】：

GSM/CDMA 1X/EVDO射频测试。

主要负责基于VIA基带芯片的GSM/CDMA1X / EVDO终端和开发板的射频测试，独立承担射频测试方案的制定，测试用例的设计，测试脚本或程序的编写，测试系统

的搭建，测试任务的执行及测试结果的初步分析。

【Requirements】:

1.通信，微波射频等相关专业本科以上学历；

2.了解射频收发信机的工作原理，掌握基本的射频测试理论和概念；

3.有一定的射频/硬件测试经验，掌握通信类射频测试仪表的基本功能；

4.能在他人指导下搭建和维护测试系统，执行测试，解决测试过程中碰到的简单问题；

5.责任心强，细致耐心，有很好的团队合作精神；

6.较好的英语听说读写能力；

7.有GSM/CDMA终端射频测试经验，测试脚本或测试程序开发经验者优先。

L2/L3 RAN standard engineer （实习生）

【Responsibilities】:

1. Study 3gpp RAN 2 or CT1 contributions

2. Generate contributions for 3gpp RAN2 or CT1

3. Attend conference calls

4. Generate requirement for future projects

【Requirements】:

1. Good knowledge in key technologies and standards of one or some of UMTS/LTE/LTE-A/cdma2000 1x/cdma2000 EV-DO

3. Master candidate or Ph. D candidate, able to work for over 20 hours per week

4. Excellent in reading and writing technical English. Excellent comprehension of English.

5. Confident, Assertive, Humble, Outgoing.

手机场测工程师

【Responsibilities】

1.负责CDMA 1X/EVDO，GSM和WCDMA终端产品的国内和海外路测；

2.负责编写测试规范，执行测试，输出测试报告，分析测试中发现的问题；

3.负责给客户提供现场技术支持。

【Requirements】

1.通信，电子和计算机及相关专业本科学历；

2.抗压能力强，能适应长期和频繁的出差工作和高压力下工作；

3.较强的学习能力，沟通能力，团队精神；

4.较强的责任感和敬业精神，处事认真负责；
