(4)    JOB PURPOSE
This position requires the leader to work with North America to develop new test program and test solutions. In addition, this
position is required to possess current system level test methodology as well as future test strategy
(5)    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES  (TO INDICATE ALL TASKS PERFORMED)
1.Create system level test plan and define test strategy for new product
2.Develop system level test program during pre-silicon phase for bring up, silicon characterization, sample generation,
qualification and mock production.
3.Manage and develop test program for production ramp
4.Ability to work with hardware architects and logic designers to solve some functional issues, and customer support engineers to
help resolve any testing inadequacies
5.Support of customer issues, including investigation and debugging of diagnostics scripting and source code if necessary
6.Lead and guide staff to achieve test flow excellence as well as maintain competitiveness
7.Create lab roadmap and assist in component integration as needed
8.Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities
9.Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supervise Sr. Engineers/Engineers technical competency and capability
(8)     REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES                     
1.Strong IC test experience
2.Familiarity with PC architecture and solid understanding on system level test system
3.Proficient software programming in bash script and C/C++, assembler knowledge is a plus
4.Self leadership and independence, along with communication skills
5.Exceptional problem solving capabilities and data analysis skills
6.Strong software development and implementation skills on Windows and Linux
7.Ability to coach and mentor less experienced staff
8.Experience of SLT programming and debug is more preferred
9.Knowledge of computer graphics including the DirectX and Open GL application interfaces is a plus
10.Knowledge of RTL design practices and tools is a plus
11.Proficient oral and written English communication

Degree in Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering with preferred 7 relevant years experience or equivalent
