Dear expert,

Is there anybody who tells us about how to install "89600 VSA12_fix by [Kappasm]"?

Below is the installation note in it, and I have no idea about how to install license.lic for VSA v12.
(I think that envrionment variable hasn't been used for VSA program. If not, suggest a license server with lmgrd.exe ?  #$%^)
Help us, plz...
