共栅LNA的噪声系数

请问在高频处的噪声是怎么回事，为什么噪声系数随频率变化那么大高频的噪声系数主要成分是由源跟随器中的两个管子贡献的，而在低频处主要是由PORT源噪声为主请教高手啊为什么高频噪声达到10多db呢

Although theoretically the input impedance is 1/gm, at very high frequency the impedance is not matched. S11 is poor; and so does the noise matching.
