Location:Shanghai
Job Description :
· Reporting to global Operations Director.
· Manage Multi-disciplinary engineering team
· Interface with Off-shore corporate Engineering and management teams
· Drive products in High volume production
· Responsible for cost and yields while maintaining product quality .
· Interface with Company Vendors .
Qualification :
· B.Sc. in EE , or equivalent , ( M.Sc. Prefred )
· Min. 5 years of management experience, managing team of > 10 People .
· Fluent in English ( Reading , writing and Talking )
· Previous Hands-on Experience as Test / Quality & Reliability Engineering .
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills
· Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
· Availability to begin employment by Mid march
· Willing to travel.
