不过初步测了20多片,失调分布满足高斯分布,典型值3mV,最大值6mV,可是我仿真的时候精度可以达到30uV,相差有点多,不知道是为什么?
Do not confuse 失调分布 Mismatch Distribution, or better described as "distribution of input referred offset voltage" of a comparator with "resolution." And, most likely during your SPICE simulation, the simulator would not be able to calculate the input referred noise, therefore, 30-µV resolution is under noiseless condition.
Resolution of a specific comparator is related to the comparator's input referred noise, the over-drive voltage, gain-bandwidth product, and operation frequency.
Over-drive voltage is defined as the voltage applied at delta voltage between the (+) and (-) terminals.
In general, the smaller the overdrive voltage, the longer latency for the comparator. (That is, the longer it takes for the comparator to differentiate signal between zero and one.)
Offset distribution most likely is due to the sizing of MOS transistors and layout techniques (, in case offset cancellation techniques is not deployed).
