[招聘] 【高速PCB】LSI招高速PCB 设计工程师--Nov.5,2010

主要目的就是招一个会高速PCB设计的。如果您从事这方面有个五年经验,下面的要求估计都符合。快

职位要求:

1.5年以上高速PCB设计经验

2. 有阻抗匹配设计经验(单端或者差分信号,4GHz以上)

3.会使用常用PCB设计软件(PCAD或者Allegro),会做仿真及信号完整性分析(SI)

4.对倒装球焊(flip chip)和表贴工艺有深入理解

5.有高速信号测试基本知识(TDR, S-parameter,要求有传输线理论知识和电路分析能力

6.会用实验室中的测试仪器做基本测试

7.如果有应用磁学的知识的话,强烈加分

8.一定的英语沟通能力(口语、读写)

注意:不能光会设计PCB,不会SI,要两者都会,缺一不可。有的公司很先进,职位划分很细,有专做PCB的,有专做SI的并且有强悍的SI组,但是这种的应聘者不符合要求。一定要两者都会才行。公司有很多合作客户,客户的员工不接收,客户有华为、中兴、思科......

再发一个职位:Technical System Engineer(需要有售前工程师经验)

Job Description
- Through the sales activities, driving the LSI's revenue at OEM partner's business strongly
- To understand the organizational structure of the OEM partner
- To understand the business dynamics of the channel partners
- Expand LSI/ESG coverage at the partner's sales and support organization mainly enable,
covers and support:
Sales team
Pre-sales team
Professional Service team
Channel sales team
- To be the China communication interface between the OEM partner and LSI, including regular conference calls and meetings
- To provide the central coordination point between 'Sell with AP' and the 'Sell with' team in
China
- With the partner, to develop the China strategy and direction
- To communicate the partner strategy throughout the region involving the regional BDE and
managing director
- To set the priorities for the China activities e.g. marketing programs, partner marketing
activities etc in conjunction with the regional team members and PMM as appropriate
- Understand challenge, issue and roadblock of business for LSI/ESG business at OEM
partners and bring idea/suggestion for covering a business together with internal sales team
- Provide sales and technical support to OEM partners.
- Producing the LSI/ESG revenue at target OEM partners and their channels with OEM BDEs.
- Provide Sales/Technical training to OEM partners.
- Participate partner's sales cycle/activities including
Building a proposal Competitive analysis and presentation Evaluation
Coordination and support of customer/prospect activities
Jointly working with partner's sales team for their sales activities
Provide necessary partner/activity report to management
Specific Knowledge/Experience
- 5+ years working in the System and/or Storage industry, preferably for a US company
- Storage h/w, s/w and SAN experience highly desired.
- Experience as pre-sales engineer or professional service engineer
- 2+ years working experience with one of Unix and NT environment
- Good communication skill in English
- Experience with Sales Partners like OEM (IBM, Sun/Oracle, Sgi, HP, EMC, Dell, FJ, NEC).
- Experience of managing business through a partner
- Effective process and project management
Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
- BC/University degree, English Skill, 5+ years experience in IT/Storage market in China
- Able to work alone in home office or business center set up office environment.
