Technical Position
I Position Title: RF Engineer
Responsibilities:
-  System and detail level documentation, architecture design, analysis, prototyping, new product introduction and maintenance for RF circuits, components, sub-assemblies or products
-  Ensure that deliverables are designed for manufacturability, testability, installability and reliability
-  Generates detailed design documents, specifications, instructions, schematics, and printed circuit boards
-  Identifies and uses appropriate test equipment and components
-  Executes tests and document results to demonstrate compliance to specifications
-  Evaluates and implements changes to solve design, documentation, manufacturing problems, field or performance problems, reduce costs, and improve product quality/reliability/performance
-  Holds and participates in document/design inspections/reviews as either documentation / design owner, technical expert or moderator
-  Interface cross-functionally to support project team
-  Approval of deliverables
-  All departments throughout all phases of design from concept through product introduction
-  Works with hardware integration, system test, and field/FOA support groups to provide installation and test support
-  Works with management to provide schedule, planning, status and cost information
-  Works with management to provide advice on technical issues
-  Works with outside contract test facilities
-  Works with contract manufacture including product and test engineers
-  Works with vendors in selection, specification, and qualification of components or assemblies
-  Works with customer to develop specifications, test procedures and qualification requirements
-  Works with customer during product evaluation and issue resolution
Requirements (Educational/Skillset)
-  Proven experience in analysis and design of RF circuits (MMICs, Synthesizer, VCO, PLL design) and components for wireless communication systems. Significant experience in designing small signal matching circuits in the 3GHz frequency range. Large Signal matching with LDMOS and GASFET is beneficial.
-  Experience in development of RF products from high level specs to low level implementation
-  Experience in engineering validation, testing, and debugging
-  Working knowledge of RF tools and laboratory test equipments
-  Excellent problem solving, team player, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
-  PhD, BS 8+, MS 5+ years experience in industry specific RF circuit/component design
-  Know about _Matching circuits, VCO, PLL, Mizer, MMIC, GasFET, LDMOS circuits
-  Familiar with ADS or Microwave office RF simulators
II Position Title: DSP Software Engineer
PURPOSE:
We provides a one-stop source for managing the entire lifecycle of a wireless network.We provide complete solutions that serve traditional wireless networks, third generation technologies, triple-play (voice, data, video) services, and specialized applications for microwave communications systems. Many of our RF system products lead the industry. Solutions is composed of two groups—Antenna, Cable and Cabinet and Wireless Network Solutions— with businesses that cover RF site solutions, wireless infrastructure, network solutions, and coverage and capacity systems.
Main Responsibilities and responsibilities:
-  Require generation, analysis, design, development, and testing of embedded DSP software applications for wireless network products.
-  Evaluate, select, adapt and establish DSP engineering techniques, methods, algorithms, procedures and criteria to creatively and practically resolve complex problems;
-  Develop, simulate and model DSP algorithms for wireless communications;
-  Design, develop, implement, debug and troubleshoot real time embedded DSP software for radio/communications applications;
-  Verify and maintain the implementation and work to establish specification of the product performance;
-  Collaborate within and outside of the DSP Group.

IV Position Title: Global Account Manager (GAM)
Global Customer Solutions
1. PURPOSE:
The GAM will be responsible for coordinating the strategy and account management of assigned Global Customers. In conjunction with Field Sales and the extended GCS Team, the GAM will develop, implement and drive the global sales, distribution and pricing strategies. The GAM will be responsible for identifying key decision makers and facilitating strong company relationships across multiple levels within the Global Customer Account. The GAM will coordinate with local and regional sales support and GCS teams, working closely with them in leveraging their end-user and consultant relationships. The GAM will establish and maintain high-level contact (executive level) within the Global Customer, with the goal of positioning the full range of Company infrastructure solutions. It is the GAM’s charter to facilitate a long-term mutually beneficial business partnership with the Global Customer.
2. Main Responsibilities:
 Under the direction of the Client Director, coordinates the overall account management for the Global Customer across all regions of the globe
 Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, positioning Company as a critical element of their corporate IT Infrastructure strategy, creating a mutually beneficial business relationship
 In coordination with other GAM’s, Field Sales and Sales Management, develop, implement and drive the global sales, distribution and pricing strategies
 Develop, nurture and facilitate direct relationship with Global Customers at the highest possible level
 Drive a Company global infrastructure specification, maximizing both revenue attainment and profitability across all customer divisions and business units
 Coordinate GAM and Field Sales teams, facilitating their regional/local relationships in effort to achieve seamless and effective global account management
 Manage high level Distributor and BusinessPartner relationships, providing necessary guidance to Field Sales for local project support
 Ensure account progress and strategies are communicated to the GCS and Global Sales Teams thru program tools (CRM, Funnel, portals, etc) and regular communication

V Position Title: Strategy Manager and Market Development Manager
1. PURPOSE:
The Strategy Manager and Market Development Manager will provide strong leadership and new ways of thinking about markets, applications and technologies to expand the data center business and deliver sustainable growth in Asia Pacific.
• He / she will play a critical role providing focused analysis of high priority strategic issues and business opportunities; and will provide leadership in facilitating the development and implementation of the Data Center Business Unit strategic plan (3-5 years) for Asia Pacific.
• He/she will generate clear goal oriented work plans; structure problem solving approaches; generate strategic insights; and articulate tangible recommendations and implementation plans.
• The individual will be responsible for multiple projects at any one time, working with multidisciplinary project teams from across the Company.
• He/she will have the ability to formulate insightful, fact-based and practical assessments of business opportunities and strategic options that will drive high quality decision-making and investment.
• He/she will possess a deep understanding of the key elements of a business plan and what makes new business initiatives successful; and will quickly develop a good understanding of the technology and data center market.
• The position resides within the Data Center Business Unit and will report to the Director, Data Center PLM and is located in Asia Pacific.
2 Main Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Business Unit Leadership, Product Line Managers and Sales Management in defining and implementing the long-term strategic direction, business strategy and plans required for sustained profitable growth.
• Identify and assess new medium and long-term growth opportunities that will improve Company’s operational performance and competitive positioning in the data center market segment
• Lead specific strategic initiatives at the business unit level, as assigned. Specific activities may include gap analyses and recommendations to sustain market leadership and strategic alternatives to address troubled parts of the company portfolio.
• Scope initiatives, structure problem solving approaches and lead analytical phase; delivering clear, fact based analyses of complex issues
• Synthesize findings into concise, robust, executive-level presentations packaged and delivered in a compelling way for senior leadership and executives
• Influence senior-level thinking bringing forward creative problem-solving approaches and strategic responses to create / capture new opportunities
• Contribute to the corporate development and M&A activities of the organization – providing strategic analysis / diligence to support recommendations
• Identify, analyze and prioritize new market opportunities through extensive industry analysis, competitive research, and market/customer needs analysis of structured cabling adjacencies and important macro trends (industry life cycle, regulatory, technological, economic, social, and demographic)
• Evaluate, propose and justify new business opportunities for the development of disruptive, new market entry and major line extension product, solution, and services.
• Build strong contacts and relationships with potential partners for industry alliances and determine joint development and partnering roadmap with the appropriate partners to grow the data center business.
• Assess the competitive strengths, growth strategies and tactics of key equipment manufacturers and data center infrastructure players; build strategic group mapping and develop strategies to capture opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Assess the commercial building market and trends within Asia Pacific and determine trends that overlap with and can be addressed by elements of the data center growth strategy.
• Propose specific recommendations to address the commercial building trends that do not overlap with and cannot be addressed by data center strategy.
3. Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline. MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of consulting experience ideally with a top firm in strategy and/or business / corporate development
• Extensive experience in market segmentation, formal market research techniques and analysis
• Ability to proactively assemble and integrate market research, trends, competitive intelligence, and feedback from customers, partners and account teams
• Demonstrated track record in analyzing complex strategic issues and defining robust business cases and executable business plans that deliver tangible results
• Self-starter who has the aptitude to learn quickly and is eager to work intensively in joint teams with personnel of all levels to accomplish the Business Unit objectives
• Strong team work and facilitation skills; able to work successfully with varied audiences (senior leaders in the organization in multiple functions—product line management/marketing, R&D, finance; sales; and marketing communications contacts; customers and collaborators) and facilitate diverse groups to think outside the box and synthesize concepts into vision and coalesced business strategies and plans
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Excellent written, oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is desired
• Able to influence without direct authority
• Work experience involving partnership and partnership negotiations is a plus. Position required for travel outside China and across the Asia Pacific Region. |
