BackendEngineer:

   Description:
   1. Responsible for ICimplementation from netlist to GDSII including floorplaning,
      Place androute, power analysis, crosstalk analysis, timing closure and physical
      verification.
   2. Help develop/improvebackend design flow/methodology.

   Requirements:
      1. BS or MSdegree in EE or CS related, and more than 3 year backend design experience.
      2. Successfultapeout experience is a must.
      3. Familiar withbackend design flow/tools. Experience with Cadence SOC-Encounter is a plus.
      4.Analog/Mixed-signal Layout experience is a plus.
      5. Goodprogramming skill (perl/TCL) is a plus.
      6. Must be a goodteam player and have a good communication skills.

JuniorBackend Engineer:

   Description:
