TechnicalMarketing Manager (Product Definer
) （2or 3 headcounts. Qualified candidates in Consumer orCommunication fields are preferred）

Job Responsibilities:
- Explore new business opportunitiestargeting the Chinamarket
- Perform research & analysis ofsystem/application technology trend, market evolution and Competitor landscape;
- Responsible for making new productproposal and differentiated product definition;
- Benchmark competitive environment anddevelop effective winning strategy for new product, marketing penetration,pricing and so on;
- Foster strategic business relationshipswith technical and business decision makers at targeted customer accounts;
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, in EE orrelated. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in semiconductorindustry, with hands on experience, chip architecting ability or knowledgedesired.
- Solid technical background and systemdesign knowledge, deep understanding of customer technical requirements/needsin their end systems;
- Well established customer relationshipand network
- Strong sense in commitment and desire todrive strategy to win
- Excellent presentation and analyticalskills, strong problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and oral communicationskills in both Chinese and English;
- Strategy thinking, Pro-active andself-motivated;
- Able to handle stress under pressure tomanage and develop business exceeding target.

Application Engineer （for Power Meter ）



要求：

1、5年以上嵌入式系统开发经验，3年以上电能计量行业经验；

2、熟悉嵌入式系统的软硬件设计，熟练使用过下述的一种或几种8-bit单片机进行过产品的软硬件开发：MicroChip、NEC、Renesas、Motorola（Freescale）、Atmel、Philips等，熟悉I2C、SPI、UART等串行通信协议；

3、熟练使用一种以上EDA软件进行PCB设计，熟悉PCB制造工艺，了解产品的EMC知识，如EFT/ESD等及其对硬件设计的影响，具有批量产品的硬件设计经验；

4、具有FAE经验，能独立短期出差。

Job Responsibilities:
- to provide the reference design andcomplete the application notes documents (with help of technical writing)
- to test all the functions of metering ICfrom application perspective and finish performance tests of the referencedesign as per the related standards
- to help our customers’ design-in and solveproblems during the customer design.

JobRequirements:

-Bachelor degree or above;

- 5+years of embedded firmware development experience and 3+ years of meteringrelated working experience;

-Familiar with the design of hardware and firmware in an embedded system,familiar with one or more MCUs of below: MicroChip、NEC、Renesas、Motorola（Freescale）、Atmel、Philips;

-Familiar with the series communication of I2C, SPI, UART, etc.

-Knowledge of EMC and the impact to the hardware design, esp. for the EFT/ESDtests;

- PCBLayout experience and familiar with at least one EDA tools, mass manufactureexperience is a plus;

-Capability of short domestic travel.
