Thank you for your sharing!!!
I just browsed the index and also some parts of the content.
The content is very comprehensive. It's useful to take as a reference.

But... I　think it is just a reference one whenever you encounter some problems in your graduate life, like your time management or your doubt about being a graduate student and so on.
If you want to know some specific topic about being an graduate student, it's helpful.
However, it's not really suitable to finish all the contetn before you get into the PH.D program.
Too many things inside to make you get a concept image at first time.
This is my point of view. If there is any improper thing inside my reflection, I really apologize for it.
