Certify is a powerful tool for FPGA propotyping . But I guess it could be used in a wide
range , the most important character is the ability to translate the ASIC netlist to FPGA netlist . and this could be useful in FPGA design .for example , it could be used in the FPGA design-for-test. This is my opinion and it has not been realized in my research.
