· 本科/硕士以上，计算机科学，数学，或电子工程或信息专业

· 三年以上C/C++/JAVA编程经验，精通编程，优秀的分析问题以及解决问题的能力

· 二年以上Linux平台上的开发经验，精通linux debugger (GDB)技巧，精通linux script 语言，shell，perl，熟悉 makefiles，熟悉Linux 系统

· 二年以上系统架构师经验

· 熟悉嵌入式OS的平台结构

· 有Android 平台开发经验，例如HAL层，Native Library，Native Service，IBinder，Framework层；如果熟悉Driver，Kernel更好

· 有Android平台系统架构经验，成功地完成至少一个基于Android的移动设备，精通Android系统平台的架构，以及Android系统各模块的优化以及产品化

· 能够按时高质量的完成任务

· 具有高度的团队合作精神

· 优秀的沟通能力
