bandgap的启动问题

靠漏电有可能能启动，但是漏电太小了，启动时间可能长达十几毫秒。
没人肯接受这么慢的启动。

仿真的并不可信，即使仿真每次都能启动，但制造出来就不一定能启动了，所以都必须要有启动电路，而且要在瞬态和直流扫描两种情况下多次run

漏电流是有影响的。
有时候可以起到自启动的作用

start up circuit is a must for bgr.
offset is the key reason why can lead to "can start" or " can not start" .
1. if offset of the opa in bgr >0, it may help the start.
2. if offset<0, it will happen "can not" start.

So you should have the start circuit
