职位描述:
1、 负责新产品电路模拟部分的设计、验证;
2、 指导layout工程师完成layout的布局、设计;
3、 协助测试及产品部门完成产品debgging、failure analysis, testing.
职位要求::
1、微电子或相关专业本科以上学历;
2、五年以上模拟集成电路正向设计经验,主导过电源管理类芯片的设计, 包括LDO, DCDC converter, WLED Driver,Charge Pump等;
3、正确理解spec要求,并根据spec选择合理设计方案;
4、熟悉高压CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD半导体器件工艺。
5、可以独立完成模块的设计和验证工作,并确保可以达到芯片设计的整合要求;
6、熟悉实验室常用测试设备,会做产品性能测试;
7. 具有小尺寸 TFT LCD Driver(High efficiency正負壓 Charge pump 線路 & LDO)设计经验优先;
8、良好的英语阅读、写作能力;
9、良好的沟通能力和合作精神; 工作认真负责,有较强的上进心。
