Responsibilities:
1. Implement supplier sourcing, evaluation, rating and management activities
2. Issue purchase order to suppliers according to the specifications and /or drawings.
3. Follow up PO fulfillment and report progresses timely.
4. Supports new product launches with engineering, quality, operations and project management functions.
5. Achieve favorable price, suitable quality, punctual delivery and other contract terms and conditions through efficient negotiation;
6. Initiate regular cost-reduction programs.
7. Be sensitive to outside supply market, identify potential supply risks and take actions accordingly.
8. Interface between company and suppliers, develop supplier relationship and establish growing partnership with key suppliers.

Qualification:
1. Degree in mechanical, electronic or relevant
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Semiconductor industries raw material purchasing.
3. Strong sourcing, procurement, and supplier quality experience in raw material and spare parts.
4. Experienced in supply chain module of ERP system
5. To coordinate with technical support engineers and QA dept. and opration dept. to provide excellent service
6. Independent and self starter; ability to take ownership of key initiatives
7. Good team work.
8. Good English skills both in writing and verbal communications.
