Position Description  Total ownership/interface of customers’ engineering touch points across all levels to influence design decisions.
 Implement new product/sub-system solution in key accounts to optimize product mix for sustainable revenue & profit growth.
 Link with BU & GAM to manage design-in/wins for BOM content growth through BOM analysis/OTS & block diagram/Schematics.
 Assist NPD/Market Development teams to fine-tune NPI tactics & NPD.
 Facilitate roadmap integration between ON & Key Accounts
KPI:
 Account Sales revenue & profitability
 Account Focus Products/NPI revenue
 Average BOM Content
 Design-win Ratio [win $/OTS $]
 Account level OTS $ [new/focus products + ttl opp]
 NPD ideas
Position Requirements  Education background @ Electronics Engineering, DSP will be highly appreciated.
 At least 5 years of technical experience of electronics products related, R&D wld be highly preferred, any DSP/MCU related cld be plus but not must.
 Solid communication [both lecture & oral] capability in both English & mandarin.
 Capability to work independently but as a strong team player to work in linked team approach.
 Easy interface/adoption to new environment & capability to establish relationship/alignment promptly.
