1.负责产品功能定义，及整体系统架构。
2.负责开发算法，及软件，硬件的编程
3.负责系统测试板，演示版的设计开发。
4.负责对系统板的量测。
5.负责实验室及器材的规划，保管。
6.带领系统设计团队完成系统产品的规划，研发，设计，及量测。并对团队做适当的内部培训。

1、硕士以上学历，八年以上工作经验，两年以上管理经验；
2、熟悉通信理论及算法的开发。
3、熟悉数字信息处理及相关工具(如matlab).
4、熟悉系统板的设计制作。
5. 熟悉EMC, ESD原理及测试。
6. 熟悉 8051MCU, DSP 的编程。
7. 具FPGA验证经验，熟悉软硬件接口动作；
8. 熟悉使用Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Audio Precision等量测仪器。
