NO.151-PowerPC SW Field Application Engineer（Shanghai）

Department Description:
This is an Field application engineering role within the Sales Operation. The role will involves daily technical activities surrounding the PowerPC technology, and providing regional-specific support to our key customers in the region.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Electronic / Electrical engineering, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering or the equivalent.
Familiar with PowerPC architecture.
Solid understanding of communication systems, experience in networking technology such as broadband access and CPE would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years industrial experience in device driver development or protocol stack implementation in embedded RTOS, and exposure to microprocessor embedded software / applications development.
Solid background in embedded system, especially in network interface, bus architecture like PCI, high-speed inter-connect standard like SRIO and PCI Express, and TCP/IP networking
Strong programming skills in C/C++ and assembly language is mandatory. Good knowledge on TCP/IP and Data Structure is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team player and team leader is a plus. Occasional travel to work at customer site is required.
Good written and oral English skill.
