NO.99-Backend Planning Section Manager（Shanghai）

Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate with Subcontractor about capacity develop and material preparation based on forecast.
2. Base on subcon monthly commitment and demand allocation and sales priority to create the delivery plan.
3. Lead team member to monitor subcon daily output and plan execution status. Negotiate and struggle with subcon about any delivery issue.
4. Monitor subcon FG / Die bank / WIP / Raw materials safety stock report accuracy.
5. Coordinate internal department to solve any issue impacted delivery.
6. Optimize business flow and data flow with subcon.

Qualification:
1. Above 7 years working experience in planning field of assembly house in Semi-conductor industry.
2. Must have good analytical skills, problem solving, excellent communication and negotiating skills.
3. Intensive experience of ERP
4. Inventory Control and practices
5. Fluent spoken and written English;
6. Strong leadership and ownership.
