Job Responsibility
1. Manage day to day customer account operation and responsible for revenue achievement
2. Work with different Business Units to ensure excellent account coverage, technical support, and customer satisfaction
3. Coordinate the local FAE and BU engineering resources to meet customer demands
4. Penetrate/Manage new customers and new product design-win
5. Work with BU to coordinate customer meeting and introduce product roadmap
6. Work with other regions to ensure a smooth transfer business and support coverage
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years in semiconductor sales.
2. Proven successful sales and management records.
3. PowerPC knowledge, full understanding of Enterprise networking, OTN Framer/Mapper, Ethernet phy, mobile wireless, Data storage, and/or consumer products such as NAS, AP, IPTV and STB.
4. Have a good customer contacts in networking or mobile consumer company and good relationship with their top management
5. Can manage complicated and strategic sales, and deal with conflict situation
6. Detail oriented and excellent execution capability
7. Good communication capability in English and Chinese
8. BS degree is required and BA in Engineering is preferred
