Position Description: Provides tactical marketing interface to Sales and Customers, provides training to customers, sales and FAEs. Participates in weekly marketing calls, roadmap planning sessions and vertical teams. Manage assignments in support of the roll out of product strategies and new products. Provide regional representation at PSG, forecast and opportunity reviews as needed. Provides regular product updates to sales and FAE’s.
Track local opportunities and design wins. Provide forecast inputs to BU planning. Manage and track quoting activity in the region. Manage BU response to information requests from the region.
Develop account/region penetration plans in coordination with BU and Sales. Help to align field CCO’s with BU objectives. Represent the BU in local contract negotiations. Monitor regional automotive industry information sources and provide regular updates to the BU.
Develop and/or coordinate the development of promotional material for new products, incl. sample kits, demonstration boards, and application notes

Revenue Generation on Automotive product families
Product Training to Sales force, Distribution sales, in coordination with Filed Application teams
Support Focus Forecast / Consensus Demand Planning
Coordination of Product Marketing Development activities with worldwide resources
Design-In/Win tracking / Opportunities follow up
New Product Launches & pricing Activities
New Business Opportunity Identification / Regional New Product Ideas
Establishment / Lead Customer Relationship Development
Competitive Analysis
Industry Shows/ Seminars / Press Releases / Conference Participation
Required Skills:
- BSEE, MBA is a plus
- Strong Self-Organizational Skill
- 5-8 years marketing experience in semiconductor, especially on Automotive Application Segment
- Experience in working with distribution channel
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- - Strong in data warehouse and MS office tools
- Self driven, Strong work ethic and Positive attitude
- Willingness to travel
