1 Extract the rar files, then you get PADS9.0.2.zip and Keygen.zip
2 Extract PADS9.0.2.zip and run autorun.exe and select install
3 After install extract the Keygen.zip
4 Replace all MGLS.DLL and  MGCLD.EXE (inside of folder 'Overwrite all files with these') with the supplied in the keygen
5 Execute MakeLic.bat and copy the licensefile.dat generated where you prefer
6 Set environment variable MGLS_LICENSE_FILE to the path where is located the licensefile.dat generated previously
