估计是库glibc的兼容性问题, 你使用的操作系统和glibc版本是什么?  可以换个系统试试

I also face this issue before but now solved...
From my experience, this problems not related to the cadence software itself or installation error, but is due to hardware.
Previously I use AMD Athlon X2 7750 BE and MSI K9A2 Neo2 motherboard.
I test the MMSIM6.1 and MMSIM7.0 in REHL3 (Base, Update 3, Update 4) and REHL4 (Base, Update 7), it come out Internal Error, Segmentation Fault (same errors as you face now).
And I found that MMSIM7.11.071 will solve the problems, but due to lic3nce issue, I didn't use it.

Now I downgrading my PC to AMD Athlon X2 5000+, everything OK.....
I not sure whether is CPU Virtualization issue or not.
Hope somebody can give some opinions.

For my suggestion, you can try using MMSIM7.11.071 first, crack lic3nce also can found in eetop.


Note: I just explain base on my previous experience, I might be wrong...
