集成电路设计工程师IC design engineer
Designadvanced IC products using state-of-art IC technologies (CMOS, BiCMOS（电源行业用的多些）, BCD).
Requires 2+years of hands-on analog IC design experience and good communication skills inMandarin and English.
Must haveexperience in LDO and DC-DC converter design.

JobDescription: ChinaTest Engineering Supervisor

Education: B.S.E.E. or equivalent, M.S.E.E.preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of analog ormixed signal test development experience.

Skills:
A good communication skill in English is essential. Computer programmingskills in C++, good analog circuit skills and experience programming automatictesters are also required. Familiarity with test equipment (probers, handlers)is helpful.

The primary tester used by our company is theCredence ASL1K (TMT). We are willing to train the candidate on this tester ifthey have tester experience on other automatic testers. (Candidate may need totravel to the USfor this training.)

Device types include: LDO’s, Active Filters,High current switches, high voltage switches, switching power supplies andpower management IC’s.

Senior ProductDevelopment Engineer in the New Product group.

Ideal candidate will have completed BSEE , with 5 to 10 years experiencein Semiconductor field. Candidate should have strong oral and writtencommunication skills -must be english speaking.

Candidate must have demonstrated strength with analog circuits, andfamiliarity with typical lab equipment such as scopes, DVM’s, curve tracers,and function generators. Strong bench skills are mandatory. Ideal candidatewill also have ability to debug IC’s to component level from design schematicsand plots. Failure analysis background is a plus.

Candidate must also have ability to follow documented procedures, and mustbe able to work independently. Individual will report to management teamin US.

Job function to cover all aspects of New Product Development and Yieldmanagement, including bench-to-tester correlation, tri-temp characterizationusing ATE equipment, trouble shooting and yield management.
